Police are probing the death of a 22-year-old woman whose body was found in a bathroom in Kilimani, Nairobi.
According to police, Kaisy Koech was at a house party with her friends on Sunday morning when the incident occurred.
She was said to have excused herself to go to the bathroom and take a shower. Her friends in the same suit bedroom heard her tumble while she was in the bathroom.
They broke into the restroom after calling the deceased and finding her unresponsive. They discovered her lying down with the shower pipe in her right hand, which also had burn bruises on her first finger and chest.
Police suspect she was electrocuted.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy.
