Zambia Defence Delegation Visits Kenya's Defence Headquarters

The Head of a delegation from Zambia Joint Command and Staff College, Colonel M. Mutemwa, on October 3, 2022, held talks with their Kenyan counterparts in Nairobi.

Kenya's Assistant Chief of Defence Forces in charge of Operation, Planning, Doctrine, and Training (ACDF OPD&T), Major General Fredrick Leuria, led the Kenyan delegation in discussions that focused on bilateral relations, defence, and security between the two militaries and explored areas of possible partnership.

The Zambian delegation is scheduled to visit various places allied to the Kenya Defence Forces, among them the International Peace Support Training College, Defence Forces Food Processing Factory, Kenya Meat Commission (KMC), and the Joint Command and Staff College (JCSC).

The delegation is also expected to tour the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of East African Community.
