The Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman Wafula Chebukati on Tuesday flagged off 14 caravan trucks to traverse the country and sensitize the public with voter education messages in the run-up to General Election.
The caravan will engage the voters and answer any queries within the four cities and several towns along 13 regional roads across the country.
Rasi Masudi, IEBC Director, Voter Education, and Partnerships, said four caravan trucks will traverse Nairobi today, then join the rest in Kisumu, Nakuru, and Mombasa cities and several towns along 13 regional roads across the country.
Each caravan will have the Commission staff led by County Election Managers and all other stakeholders.
Kenya will hold its general elections on August 9, 2022.©Standard Gazette, 2021.
