The London Metropolitan Police says it has arrested a 28-year-old man after a man was photographed urinating on the memorial dedicated to PC Keith Palmer.
Late Palmer was the officer stabbed to death by a terrorist at the Westminster Bridge in 2017.
According to the police, the incident happened on the afternoon of Saturday, June 13.

The indecency provoked outrage in London on Saturday as social media user condemned the action.
“The man was part of a thousand-strong gathering in Westminster on Saturday that descended into violent attacks on police officers, with many present members of far-right extremist groups”, the Guardian reports.
Reacting to the image circulating on social media, Commander Bas Javid said on Saturday that “We are aware of a disgusting and abhorrent image circulating on social media of a man appearing to urinate on a memorial to PC Palmer.
I feel for PC Palmer’s family, friends and colleagues. We have immediately launched an investigation, and will gather all the evidence available to us and take appropriate action.”
