Barely twenty minutes into 2024, a boy has been stabbed to death in Camden.
The police were called at around 23:40hrs on Sunday, 31 December, to a boy stabbed in Primrose Hill.
Police, London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance paramedics attended. Officers first administered first aid before the arrival of their colleagues.

However, despite best efforts, the victim, believed to be a 16-year-old boy, was pronounced dead shortly before midnight.
The boy’s family has been informed, and they will be supported by London’s officers.
Investigators have arrested a boy on suspicion of murder. He has been taken into police custody.
Extensive police cordons remain in place as officers conduct forensic examinations of the scene and the surrounding area.
Officers believe the area was busy with people at the time.
