A second man has been arrested over the death of Trei Daley in Hackney Wick.
A 20-year-old man (name unknown) was arrested on suspicion of murder in the Crouch End area on Saturday, 18 February.
The police said the suspect remains in its custody.
A 35-year-old man was charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon on Tuesday, 14 February and has appeared in court.
Homicide detectives launched an investigation after two people with stab injuries presented at an east London Hospital on Saturday, 11 February 2023.
Despite the best effort, one of the men, who was later identified as 26-year-old Trei Daley, from Bromley South London, died at the hospital.
Detectives gathered that Trei was stabbed near the Colour Factory nightclub in Queen's yard, off White Post Lane in Hackney Wick.
A post-mortem examination conducted on Tuesday, 14 February, revealed the cause of death to be a stab wound to the chest.
The second man, 24, was treated and discharged the same day.
The police are asking witnesses who are yet to speak with the police to call 101 quoting CAD1222/11Feb.
