Homicide detectives investigating the murder of Christopher George who was shot dead in Enfield last week have released an image of a vehicle that was seen leaving the scene.
A dark grey Audi A4 was seen near the scene shortly after the shooting and detectives are appealing to the public for useful information to trace the vehicle driver.
Christopher, 26 was shot on Wednesday, 29 July at around 20:55hrs, The London Post had earlier reported.
Ambulances and police officers were called to Sebastopol Road, N9 and found the victim on the ground with gunshot wounds.

Despite the effort by paramedics to stabilize him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police said a post-mortem carried out further confirmed that he died of a bullet wound to the chest.
Investigators said George was sitting in a black Mercedes when he was approached by two men on foot.
The two suspects shot Christopher at close range, then ran to a car and drove off towards Felixstowe Road.
In a new appeal, detective Chief Inspector David Hillier said “It is now one week on from the murder of Christopher and today officers will be in the area conducting more house-to-house enquiries and distributing appeal leaflets.
“I would ask anyone with information about the shooting, or the grey Audi, to get in contact. We need the community’s help to understand why Christopher was murdered in such a ruthless manner. Anyone with information should speak to us, you will be fully supported and also doing the right thing.”
