Buckingham Palace says the Queen has tested positive for Covid-19.

A spokesman said that the 95-year-old monarch is experiencing mild cold-like symptoms but expects to continue light duties at Windsor.

Prince Charles tested positive for the virus a second time, according to Clarence House on February 9.

Since the 73-year-old Prince tested positive, her majesty had been closely monitored.

Prince Charles had tested positive just days after he had been in contact with the Queen.

However, the palace had kept mute whether the Queen was alright or not until the disclosure today.

The Monarch is triple-vaccinated.
