A 10-year-old girl has given birth to a healthy baby boy many months after she was raped by her step-father.
Her step-father, Horacio Insaurralde, 31, was said to have raped her in early 2020 after the little girl moved in with her mom into his home in Monte Caseros.
A local church had organized a baby shower for the girl and a bizarre photo was posted on social media by her family.

The picture showed the little girl dressed up and standing behind a table of gifts and a sign “baby on board.”
After the incident, the mom moved out of the man’s house but a few months later, her grandmother noticed her belly growing and the doctor later confirmed the child was pregnant.

According to reports, the family doctor who is said to be religious, a local feminist advised against abortion, because the little girl was already 24 weeks pregnant.
A few months later, Apostolic and Prophetic Ministry Church of Monte Caseros organized a baby shower for her.

The girl travelled 300 miles to the Neonatal Eloisa Torrense de Vidal Hospital two days after the baby shower.
The doctors carried out a caesarean section because of the worried that she was too underdeveloped to naturally deliver the baby.
It was gathered that the girl later gave birth to a baby boy.
