Tragedy struck as Herbert Wigwe, the immediate past Managing Director of Access Bank and current Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings, died in an air crash.
When the unfortunate incident happened in California, Wigwe was reportedly on board a chopper with his wife, son and three other passengers.

It comes just days after a Navy chopper carrying five troops crashed during a routine training flight in Pine Valley, California.

In a statement, they said, “We are not able to confirm how many people were on board or their names. No survivors have been located.”
